Frequently Asked Questions

What type of music do you play?

Think Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Amy Winehouse and anything in between. Check out our song list here.

How long are your sets?

Sets are usually forty-five minutes long, but we are flexible with your needs.

Can we request songs for the band to play?

Yes. But song choice is at the band’s discretion and we require at least four weeks’ notice, prior to the event (for e.g. first-song at a wedding).

Do you provide background music?

Yes. We will provide background music in between sets, but we will not play songs on request (D.J). You are welcome to provide your own background music, but please have this organised and ready on an appropriate platform (phone, iPod) before the beginning of the event. The output used is an aux cable (headphone jack size). All P.A. equipment will be handled by band members only.

Do you provide lighting or a fog machine?

Stage lighting will be provided. Please note that the stage lighting is only for the stage and not for the full venue or dance floor. We do not use a fog machine.

Do we need to provide the band meals at weddings?

Yes, please. It is common practice to do so.

Can we use your microphone for speeches?

Yes, under prior agreement with one of the band members. You will be liable for any damages to band equipment. We strongly encourage no food or drinks near the performance area.

Can we hire you for the ceremony, as well?

Yes, but rates will vary. Please send an e-mail enquiry for details via the Booking Page.

Can we hire you for the ceremony, only?
